Announcement on the work of SAF Tehnika JSC during the Covid-19 pandemic
SAF Tehnika JSC informs that one case of Covid-19 has been laboratory confirmed at the manufacturing plant of the company. All contact persons were immediately identified and informed and, in accordance with the rules of the local disease prevention centre, sent to home quarantine at least until 6 December.
To avoid further untraceable spread of the virus, SAF Tehnika JSC organises a collective testing for its employees.
SAF Tehnika JSC takes every effort to organise operational activities in a stable and reliable manner. The company continues its work by organising it to minimise physical proximity and ensures frequent cleaning, disinfection, and access to protective equipment. Employees that are not involved in manufacturing process are encouraged to work from home, as well as every employee is encouraged to reduce their social activities to a minimum.
The company has accumulated sufficient financial and material reserves and has customed supply chains to handle most orders in usual lead times. SAF Tehnika JSC is in continuous contact with its suppliers, service providers and authorities and closely monitors the development of the situation to ensure a timely response to possible changes in the current situation.
The Board of Directors does not currently forecast any significant time lag in the production cycle, but it is possible. The company will contact its customers whose order delivery times may be hit.
