To propose for approval at the AS DelfinGroup Shareholders' meeting the following decisions:

On approval of audited annual report for 2021

• To approve AS DelfinGroup's consolidated annual report for 2021 (attached);
• To approve AS DelfinGroup's annual report for 2021 (attached);
• To approve AS DelfinGroup Corporate governance report for 2021 (attached);

On the distribution of profits for 2021 and previous reporting periods

• To approve the distributions of profits in the amount of EUR 2 501 641,59 in dividends (EUR 1 026 471,42 of undistributed profits for 2020 and EUR 1 475 170,17 of undistributed profits for 2021) namely EUR 0,0552 per share;
• To approve the distribution of dividends in two payments:
