NOTICE OF RESIGNATION OF СUNCIL MEMBERS

JSC Ditton driving chain factory informs that based on article 296, part 8 of the Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia, Council members Oto Dzenis and Boriss Matvejevs left their positions on their own initiative.

Due to the fact that the Council cannot fulfill its tasks and competences, the Board convenes an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to elect a new composition of the Council.
