The Supervisory Board decided to submit the following draft decisions for review at the AS DelfinGroup Extraordinary Shareholders meeting on 12 June 2023:

• To approve AS DelfinGroup's unaudited consolidated interim report January March 2023.
• To approve the distribution of profits in the amount of EUR 802 156.81 in dividends namely EUR 0.0177 per share and set:
  • o dividend ex-date 28 June 2023;
  • o dividend record date 29 June 2023;
  • o dividend payment date 30 June 2023
