AS "Ditton Drive Chain Factory" Board Statement

On July 3, 2023, JSC "Ditton Chain Factory" received a notification from Nasdaq Riga that on June 29 information regarding JSC "Ditton Chain Factory" was published on the website Kompromat.lv. Considering that the mentioned information misleads financial instruments market participants, the Issuer publish their comments and explanations about the information expressed in the above-mentioned article.

AS "Ditton pivadkėžu rūpnīca" informs that the information distributed in the article contains false news, distorted facts and is aimed at lowering the issuer's reputation.

AS "Ditton pivadkėžu rūpnīca" works and acts openly and within the law, complying with the requirements of the sanction. Driving chains produced by the Issuer are intended for the secondary market, after-sales technical service and repair, and are not intended for assembly on the conveyor.

The Issuer's product is not a sanctioned product and the shipments of goods to foreign countries realize in consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia and under the supervision of the Customs Administration of the Republic of Latvia.

The Issuer carries out internal control on compliance with the requirements of the law on sanctions and research of clients and partners in accordance with the law. Additional supervision is performed by the Issuer's Council and the Audit Committee.
