Based on Nasdaq Riga's request, JSC "Ditton Drive Chain Factory" additionally explains the situation regarding previously published announcements (announcements from September 20, September 29 and November 11, 2022). JSC "Ditton Pivadkėžu rūpnīca" is conducting economic activity, partially resuming its production from November 14, 2022, as it was announced on November 11, 2022, respectively, the Issuer's accounts were unblocked.

Regarding the SRS decision No. 30.4/17.19.5/78969 adopted on September 13, 2022, an appeal process is underway in the institution. After the completion of the administrative process (this is the entry into force of the decision) and its results, the Issuer will make an additional announcement.

All interested parties can familiarize themselves with the Issuer's financial position in the Issuer's financial statements, which are published in the order prescribed by law.
