DelfinGroup LV0000802536 bond exchange offer results
Between 3 November and 21 November 2023, the DelfinGroup LV0000802536 bond exchange offer took place, within the framework of which the existing LV0000802536 bondholders who owned LV0000802536 bonds for at least EUR 100,000 could exchange them for the new LV0000860146 bonds receiving a premium of 1%.
As a result of the exchange offer, the existing investors subscribed to the new LV0000860146 bonds in the amount of EUR 3,649,000. Thus, the issue volume of LV0000802536 bonds is reduced to EUR 6,351,000.
The exchange offer was organized by Signet Bank AS.
