MESSAGE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 May 2025 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 10.00 EUR per share entitled to dividend, consisting of a 'special' dividend of 5.50 EUR and a 'normal' dividend of 4.50 EUR per share.

The 'special' dividend of 5.50 EUR (coupon nr. 37) is payable on 12 June 2025 (listing ex-coupon: 10 June 2025). The 'normal' dividend of 4.50 EUR (coupon nr. 38) is payable on 3 July 2025 (listing ex-coupon: 10 June 2025).

The dividend is payable by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
