Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that the Report of the Board of Directors and the Simplified Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31.03.2025 - prepared in accordance with the legal provisions - will be available, starting from 30.05.2025, at 18:00 p.m., on the company's website, at the address www.infinitycapital.ro/Investor information - Periodic reports and at the headquarters of Infinity Capital Investments S.A. from Craiova, Tufănele street no. 1.

The consolidated quarterly report as of 31.03.2025 is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (revised), Law no. 74/2015, Law no. 243/2019, and the regulations of the Financial Supervisory Authority (F.S.A.) no. 5/2018, no. 10/2015, no. 7/2020, and Rule no. 39/2015.
