Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 27.05.2025 it purchased 8,000 own shares for a total amount of €16,761.01 at an average €2.095 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 182,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.12% of its total shares outstanding.
