("Tribal", the "Company" or the "Group")

Update to dividend announcement

Due to an administrative oversight the final dividend stated in Tribal's 2024 Full Year Annual Report was omitted from the AGM notice of meeting and will now be paid as an interim dividend.

All other details of the dividend remain unchanged. A dividend of 0.65p per share will be paid on 24 July 2025 with an associated record date of 27 June 2025 and an ex-dividend date of 26 June 2025.
