Transaction in Own Shares

TREATT PLC ("Treatt" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Treatt on 10 April 2025.

The Company intends to hold the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will hold 1,637,260 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and will have 59,641,802 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trust, under which voting rights are waived, is 391,711. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,250,091 and this figure may be used by shareholders in their calculations when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
