PCF Group S.A. convenes the Annual General MeetingThe ManagementBoard of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company") hereby informs that acting pursuant to Article 399 § 1 andArticle 395 § 1 in conjunction with Article 4021 § 1 and § 2 of theCommercial Companies Code, it convenes the Annual General Meeting for 23June 2025 at 4.00 p.m. CET which shall be held in Warsaw at CentrumKonferencyjne ADN located in Browary Warszawskie, ul. Grzybowska 56,00-848 Warsaw.

The Management Board hereby discloses to the public the Announcement ofthe Management Board on the convening of the Annual General Meeting andDraft resolutions to be subject to consideration at the Annual GeneralMeeting.

Additionally, the Management Board also discloses, among others, thefollowing documents:

- Supervisory Board's report for the financial year 2024;

- Report of the Supervisory Board and its Audit Committee on theiractivities in 2024, including the assessments referred to in principle2.11 of the Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021;

- Report on the remuneration of Members of the Management Board andSupervisory Board of PCF Group S.A. in 2024;

- Independent Auditor's Report on the performance of services givingreasonable assurance as to the evaluation of the remuneration report;

- Resolutions of the Supervisory Board of PCF Group S.A. on mattersplaced on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 June2025; and

- Management Board's proposal on covering the net loss for the financialyear 2024.

Additionally, the Management Board informs that on 29 April 2025, theCompany released to the public its Annual Report consisting of amongothers: (i) Directors' Report on the operations of PCF Group S.A. andits Group in 2024; (ii) Full-year standalone financial statements forthe financial year ended 31 December 2024; (iii) Independent Auditor'sReport on Annual Standalone Financial Statements; (iv) Full-yearconsolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31December 2024; and (v) Independent Auditor's Report on AnnualConsolidated Financial Statements. These documents have been disclosedto the public on, among others, the Company's web pagewww.peoplecanfly.com, as well as are available at the Company'sregistered office.
