UPDATE ON THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM
Milan, May 27th, 2025 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), the global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that in relation to the share buyback program resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 23rd, 2025, it has purchased on the Milan Euronext and on multilateral trading facilities, in the period from May 19th to May 23rd, 2025, a total of 574,079 ordinary Amplifon S.p.A. shares, equivalent to 0.253% of the share capital, at an average unit price of Euro 19.207 per share, for a total consideration of Euro 11,026,225.65.
On the basis of information provided by the intermediary agent appointed for the implementation, in full independence, of the share buy-back program, here below the details of the share purchase transactions on daily basis:
