## **DIMISSIONI DEL DIRETTORE GENERALE PAOLO CEDERLE**

**Milano, 27 maggio 2025** – **Alkemy S.p.A.** ("**Alkemy**" o la "**Società**"), società specializzata nell'evoluzione del modello di *business* di grandi e medie aziende e quotata su Euronext Milan – segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana (ALK), comunica che Paolo Cederle, Direttore Generale di Alkemy, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni per motivi personali con effetto dal 1° giugno 2025.

Sulla base delle comunicazioni effettuate alla Società e al pubblico, il Dott. Cederle non risulta detenere, al momento delle sue dimissioni, direttamente e/o indirettamente azioni della Società e a seguito della cessazione della carica non sono previste indennità o altri benefici in suo favore.

La Società ringrazia sentitamente Paolo Cederle per l'attività svolta e l'impegno profuso nell'esercizio delle sue funzioni.

## **RESIGNATION OF GENERAL MANAGER PAOLO CEDERLE**

**Milan, May 27, 2025** – **Alkemy S.p.A.** ("**Alkemy**" or the "**Company**"), a company specializing in the evolution of the business model of large and medium-sized companies and listed on the Euronext – STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (ALK), announces that Paolo Cederle resigned from his position as General Manager starting from June 1st, 2025, for personal reasons.

Based on information provided to the Company and to the public, Mr. Cederle did not directly and/or indirectly hold any Alkemy shares when he resigned and following the termination of his office, no compensation or other benefits are envisaged for him.

The Company sincerely thanks Paolo Cederle for the work carried out and the commitment shown in the exercise of his functions.
