The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

• Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Manager of Czech & Slovakia Business Unit, proceeded on May 22nd of 2025 with the purchase of 1,485 common shares in total at the average price of 13.50 euro per share.
• Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, proceeded on May 26th of 2025, with the purchase of 100 common shares in total at the average price of 13.32 euro per share.
