FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 30 APRIL 2025

Colleferro (Rome), 27 May 2025 – Avio S.p.A. informs that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 April 2025 are available to the public at the company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2025") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
