Additional Listing

Application for a block listing of 1,000,000 Grafton shares which may be issued under the Grafton Group plc 2021 SAYE Plan (the "Plan") has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to the official list and an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.  The expected admission date is 30 May 2025. These shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of entitlements pursuant to the Plan and will rank pari passu with existing Grafton shares.
