This is an announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules:

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of the Company resolved to distribute a gross dividend of €795,500 equivalent to €0.039775 (gross) per ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on 20 June 2025 to the ordinary shareholders who are on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on 13 June 2025.
