The following is a Company Announcement issued by HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. ("the Bank") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') announces that Ms Svetlana Maslova will be resigning from the post of Chief Operating Officer of the bank with effect from 16 July 2025.

There are no matters concerning Ms Maslova that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Market Rules.

The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude towards Ms Maslova fo her positive contribution and service to the Bank and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.

The Bank will announce Ms Maslova's replacement in due course.
