Erratum - Approval and Publication of Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2024

Reference is made to company announcement G331 dated 28th April 2025 in virtue of which the Company announced that, during a meeting of its Board of Directors held on 28th April 2025, the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2024 were approved.

The copy of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company accompanying the publication of the said company announcement G331 did not include the independent auditor's report on the audit of the said financial statements.

Accordingly, the Company hereby substitutes the audited financial statements (for the financial year ended 31st December 2024) linked to company announcement G331, which are to be disregarded, with the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2024, inclusive of the independent auditor's report, being uploaded pursuant to the present announcement.

In virtue of this company announcement G332, a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2024, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 28th April 2025, is now available for viewing and download from the following link on the G3 Group's website: https://www.g3.com.mt/investors/financial-statements/. Attached to this Company Announcement is a Directors' Declaration on ESEF Annual Financial Reports relative to the said Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2024.

DIRECTORS' DECLARATION ON ESEF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS

We, the undersigned Daniel Grima (ID 538390M) and Juanita Bencini (ID 548161M), in our capacity as Directors of G3 FINANCE P.L.C., a company registered under the laws of Malta with company registration number C 94829 (hereinafter the "Company"), hereby certify:

• i. December 2024 have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and are hereby being made available to the public;
• ii. including the Commission Delegated Regulation on the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF")* and the Capital Markets Rules **;
• iii. that the Audit Report on the ESEF Annual Financial Report is an exact copy of the original signed by the auditor and that no alterations have been made to the audited elements of the Annual Financial Report, including the annual financial statements; and
• iv. that the Agmal Financial Report shall serve as the official document for the purposes of the Capital Markets Rules and the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the laws of Malta).
