The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Approval of the consolidated audited Financial Statements for year ended 31 December, 2024

The Board of Directors of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. has approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

IHI is a hotel developer and operator, focusing primarily on luxury hotels and serviced residences carrying its proprietary Corinthia Brand. The company's core goal is the continued growth of its brand as a significant player in the field of luxury travel and accommodation, and in so doing, benefitting from the entire value chain of investment, development and management of luxury hotels and serviced residences. IHI is involved in 27 hotels and real estate developments worldwide as an investor, developer and/or operator.

The financial statements for 2024 reflect significantly improved operating profits in the company's 12 owned hotels across Europe, and, simultaneously, continued investment in the opening of several new luxury hotels worldwide, both owned and managed for third parties. The net result of improved operating income and new hotels' pre-opening costs yielded circa €62 million in Group EBITDA.

• 1. That the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended ³¹ December 2024 have been prepared in terms of the applicable rules and regulations, including the Commission Delegated Regulation on the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF")^ aiid the Capital Market Rules^.

That the Audit Report on the ESEF Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 is an exact copy of the original sigiied by the auditor and that no alterations have been made to the audited elements of the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended ³¹ December 2024 including the annual financial statements.
• 1. That the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended ³¹ December 2024 shall serve as the official document for the purposes of the Capital Markets Rules and the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta).
