COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the 'Company') in terms of Capital Markets Rule 5.16 as published by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that Mr. George T. Kakouras* has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective today April 17, 2025.

Mr. Kakouras also holds an executive function as Managing Director at the Company's subsidiary Apcopay Limited (C 29099) as well as at Hili Properties p.l.c. (C 57954).

Mr. Kakouras will lead the management teams of the subsidiaries of the Company with a view to scaling their business activity sustainably, both locally and internationally. He will also lead the Company's efforts in pursuing potential investment opportunities and driving new product development.

Prior to joining the group, Mr. Kakouras gained extensive international management and leadership experience at Intralot group and Maltco Lotteries, where he was Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kakouras holds a BSc and an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Engineering Economics Systems from the National Technical University of Athens.

For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr. Kakouras requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
