The Company announces that on the 27th March 2025, it received a Notification of Major Holdings from Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd (on behalf of clients).
By virtue of this notification, the Company is informed that the percentage of voting rights in the Company held by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd (on behalf of clients), as of the 26th March 2025, has reduced from 5.77% to 4.25%.
