Investment in 56BIT Limited

The Company hereby announces that, it has on the 24th March 2025, entered into a share purchase agreement in relation to the acquisition of 51% of the shares in 56BIT Limited (C 92422).

The conclusion of the transaction is dependent on a number of conditions precedent being satisfied and therefore may or may not conclude.
