COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (the "Company" or the "Issuer") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules, as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority:

Issue of €35,000,000 International Hotel Investments p.l.c. 5.30% Unsecured Bonds 2035

Earlier closure of offer period

Reference is made to Company Announcement IHI376 issued on 21 February 2025 in relation to the issuance of €35,000,000 5.30% unsecured bonds 2035 by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (the "Bond Issue") pursuant to a prospectus dated 20 February 2025 (the "Prospectus").

The Company announces that, in accordance with section 4.4 of the Securities Note ('Expected Timetable of the Bond Issue') forming part of the Prospectus, it shall exercise its right to close the offer period earlier on 7 March 2025 at 12:00 hours.

Furthermore, in light of the aforesaid, the Intermediaries' Offer which was scheduled for 21 March 2025 will not take place.

The Issuer will be announcing the basis of acceptance in relation to the Bond Issue by not later than 17 March 2025.
