The Company announces that on the 13 th February 2025 (settlement date 18th February 2025), it repurchased a total of USD99,900.00 5.75% 2026 (USD) Unsecured Bonds bearing ISIN MT0000311242 at a price of USD99.90 per bond.

In terms of Clause 14.11 of the prospectus issued by the Company on the 21st December 2015, the said bonds have been cancelled as a result of the said repurchase.
