The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
QUOTE
The Company announces that, Ms Jennifer Falzon has resigned from her post as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective today the 19th December 2024. The Company would like to wishes her success in all her new endeavours.
The process of appointing a successor has started and the Company will communicate to the market in due course. Until a suitable replacement is identified and appointed, the functions carried out by the Chief Executive Officer will be temporarily assumed by the Company's Chief Operations Officer, Perit Amanda Desira, as interim CEO.
There are no further matters concerning the above requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
