Appointment of Chief Commercial Officer

This is a company announcement issued by M&Z plc (C 23061) (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company would like to announce that Natasha Pace, holder of ID No. 575479M and residing at 177 Aiko, Triq Tal-Grazzja, Haz-Zebbug, Malta has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company ("CCO") from 1 January 2025.

Mrs. Pace's tenure of over two decades with the Company has equipped her with a unique combination of skills and experience that make her an invaluable asset to the Company. Her in-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences, coupled with her proven ability to develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability and maintain competitiveness, have consistently positioned the Company as a leader in the industry.

In her new role as Chief Commercial Officer, Mrs. Pace shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's commercial strategy, with a primary focus on pricing optimization, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that the Company continues to provide exceptional value to its customers. The Board and Company Management have full confidence that under her guidance, the Company will further solidify its market presence and continue adding value for its stakeholders.

There are no matters concerning Mrs. Pace that require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
