Declaration of interim dividend

The Company wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to distribute an interim net dividend of €683,419, equivalent to €0.03 per share (the 'Dividend'). Shareholders appearing on the Company's register of members maintained by the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange as at close of business on 12 December 2024 will be entitled to receive their share of the Dividend. Payment is scheduled to be effected on or around 20 December 2024.
