COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

APPROVAL FOR ADMISSIBILITY TO LISTING OF BONDS

This is a Company Announcement made by the Company in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company on the 25 September 2024 in which it was stated that an application had been made to the Malta Financial Services Authority for the admission to listing of the 5.2% secured bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Euro 10,000,000 (the "Bonds") to be issued by the Company (the "Bond Issue") and that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") had been submitted to, for approval by, the Malta Financial Services Authority in respect of the Bond Issue.

The Malta Financial Services Authority has approved the Prospectus relating to the Bond Issue and the admissibility to listing of the Bonds pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules. The Prospectus will be available shortly on https://vbl.com.mt/investors/.
