("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company hereby announces that it was notified on 8 October 2024 that Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd holds 4,927,608 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.32c per share in the Company, on behalf of their clients. With a total issued share capital of 101,310,488 ordinary shares of the same nominal value, this represents 4.86% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) obo clients now have 4.86%, a reduction from the previous 5.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
