615 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

Notice is hereby given of the 61° Annual General Meeting of Santumas Shareholdings p.I.c. to be held at the Chamber of Commerce in Valletta on Wednesday 23th October 2024 at 12.00 hrs for the purpose of considering and if deemed proper, approving the resolutions set out below:

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

1. That the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th April 2024 comprising the Financial Statements and the Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon, be hereby received and approved.
1. That the appointment of Auditors to the Company be hereby approved and the Board of Directors be hereby authorised to establish their remuneration.
1. To proceed to the election of Directors in accordance with Article 56.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company.

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS - SPECIAL BUSINESS

That the Directors' Renumeration Report in terms of Chapter 12 of the Capital Markets Rules as set out in the Company's Annual Report for the year to 30th April 2024 be hereby noted and approved.
