The following is a Company Announcement being made by Juel Group P.L.C. (the "Company") pursuant the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in terms of C.M.Rs. 5.16.5 & 5.20.

APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR OFFICER

The Board of Directors hereby announce that Mrs. Samantha Agius, of 81, Flat 1 Sunset Court, Caravaggio Street, Gharghur, Malta has been appointed in the office of Chief Finance Officer of the Juel Group including the Company with effect from 28 June 2024.

Mrs. Agius is a certified public accountant having obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Malta. She started her career working with a corporate service provider. She then moved on to working with Deloitte Malta where she spent 8 years and held the position of Senior Tax Manger focusing on indirect tax.

There are no matters which need to be declared in terms of CMR 5.20.2 to 5.20.9.
