The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Neacail Micallef, holder of Maltese Identity Card Number 572491M residing at 77, Harmony, Triq l-Imdina, Siggiewi, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from July 17, 2024.

In 2016, Mr Micallef joined the group of companies headed by 1923 Investments plc (C63261), the majority shareholder of the Company ("1923 Investments") as Finance Executive at Hili Logistics Limited (C-57955). He was appointed Director of Finance at 1923 Investmentsin 2021 and most recently served as Integration Management Officer, having relocated to Poland to oversee the merger process between two subsidiaries of 1923 Investments, iSpot Sp. Z o.o. and Cortland Sp. Z.o.o.

Mr Micallef will now return to Malta to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at both 1923 Investments and the Company. Outgoing Chief Financial Officer Rudolph Mifsud Saydon's last day in office will be July 16, 2024.

It is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning the above requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
