Following a meeting of the board of directors held earlier today the Company would like to announce that Dr Johan Farrugia has been appointed by the board as the Chairman of the board of directors of the Company.

Moreover, the board resolved that the composition of the committees of the Board will be as follows:

Remuneration and Nominations Committee

The board further resolved to set up an Environmental Social Governance committee to inter alia assist the board in ESG related matters. The ESG Committee shall be composed as follows:
