Recommendation for the Approval of Dividend

This is a Company Announcement made by the Company in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

Reference is made to the company announcement issued by the Company on the 03 June 2024 (Ref: VBL03/2024) in which the Board of Directors of the Company announced that it was scheduled to meet on the 05 June 2024 to consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Company's Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors has resolved to recommend for the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a final net dividend of €200,000, that is 0.0803 Euro Cents per ordinary share to be paid to all Shareholders of the Company registered on the register of members as at 26 June 2024.

Further details concerning the Annual General Meeting will be provided in due course.
