Update on Directors 2024 - 2025

Date of Announcement 29 May 2024 Reference 128/2024 In Terms of Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

The Company refers to the company announcement 126/2024 dated 13 May 2024 whereby it was announced that the Government of Malta nominated five directors to take office from the date of the forthcoming AGM. Following that announcement the Company has received notice that Dr Desiree Cassar will be appointed as a director nominated by the Government of Malta to replace Ms Elaine Gauci who has not accepted to act as director. Dr Cassar already serves on the board of directors of the Company and will be reappointed for a further term.

In view of the above the Government of Malta, has re/appointed the following directors:

Dr Johan Farrugia

Mr Miguel Borg

Ms Tania Brown

Mr Victor Carachi

Dr Desiree Cassar

In addition, Dr Robert Suban has been validly nominated as director by the other shareholders of the Company.

The term of office of the directors is valid until the 2025 AGM.
