Lease of hotel property in St. Julian's

The Company is informed that G3 Hospitality Limited (C 26935) has signed a conditional Deed of Lease dated 16th April 2024 [hereinafter the 'Lease'] with JZT Hospitality Limited in virtue of which G3 Hospitality Limited has reserved the right to take on the finishing of a premises situated in St. Julian's from which it intends to manage and operate a hotel. The proposed hotel will comprise 88 guest rooms and other ancillary operations, including, amongst others, spa, fitness and health & lifestyle facilities, as well as food and beverage establishments.

The prospective Lease shall come into effect upon the satisfaction of conditions precedent, upon the fulfilment of which the Lease shall be valid for a period of up to a maximum of twenty (20) years.

The Company will keep the market informed of developments in respect of the above-mentioned subject matter, specifically upon the satisfaction or otherwise of the conditions precedent contemplated in the afore-mentioned deed of Lease, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
