ISSUE OF UP TO €5,000,000 JUEL GROUP P.L.C. UNSECURED NOTES

Basis of Acceptance

The Board of Directors of Juel Group p.l.c. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its offer of up to €3,500,000 6.5% Unsecured Notes 2027–2029 (designated as "Series 1/2024 Tranche 1 Notes"), as part of an unsecured note issuance programme of up to €5,000,000, has been subscribed in full.

Interest on the Series 1/2024 Tranche 1 Notes at the rate of 6.5% per annum commenced on 18 April 2024.

The Company would like to thank the investing public for their support in this successful public offer.
