The following is a Company Announcement issued by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority:

Reference is made to Company Announcement No 476 wherein the Market was informed that the Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. had resolved to recommend for the approval of the Annual General Meeting the payment of a gross cash dividend of €0.0700 per share for the second half of 2023 making for a net dividend of €0.0455 per share, subject to Regulatory approval.

In this regard, the Market is informed that Regulatory approval has been obtained.

The cash dividend will be paid on 12 June 2024 to the shareholders appearing on the Bank's Register of Members, as maintained by the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange, on 1 May 2024.
