(the 'Bank') announces that, by letter dated 25 January 2024, the National Development & Social Fund (the 'NDSF') has, in terms of the Bank's Articles of Association, appointed a director on the Board of Directors of the Bank, details of whom have been indicated as follows:

Mr Dimech has not declared any information which would require disclosure in terms of Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

He will take office as non-executive director once regulatory processes are undertaken and regulatory approval is received.
