COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Appointment of Managing Director

Mr Simon Naudi has been appointed on the board of International Hotel Investments p.l.c., as Managing Director, effective from 18 January 2024.

Simon Naudi is joining the board of IHI plc as Managing Director, with executive responsibilities for the performance and growth of IHI.

IHI comprises owned commercial and hotel real estate across four continents, as well as operating companies such as Corinthia Hotels Limited (CHL), Corinthia Developments Limited (CDI) and QPM Limited (QP).

In furtherance of this progression, IHI will soon be announcing the appointment of a CEO for CHL, a position held by Simon Naudi for the past 8 years.

Mr Simon Naudi, holder of Passport No 1359208, resides at Tal Mekk, Madliena Road, Madliena, Malta.

There are no matters concerning Mr Simon Naudi which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
