The following is a Company Announcement by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') announces that the following appointments shall take effect as from 1 December 2023:

• 1. Ms Moira Balzan as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank Ms Balzan will be replacing Mr Aurelio Theuma who has reached retirement age. Mr Theuma will be retained as Consultant.
• 1. Dr Helena Said as Chief Legal Officer of the Bank Dr Said will be replacing Dr Paul Debono who has reached retirement age. Dr Debono will be retained as Consultant.
• 1. Ms Antoinette Fenech as Head – Internal Audit of the Bank Ms Fenech will be replacing Ms Joan Aquilina who has reached retirement age. Ms Aquilina will be retained as Consultant.

Required regulatory approvals have been sought and received.

The Bank thanks Mr Theuma, Dr Debono and Ms Aquilina for their commitment and contribution over the years. There are no matters concerning these persons that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
