COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules, as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority:
Bonds Cancellation
The Company announces that during the period 20 November to 22 November 2023 it purchased 526 6% Bonds 2024 from its bondholders, as permitted by the Prospectus dated 6 May 2014.
In accordance with Section 7.6 of the Securities Note of the said Prospectus, the bonds that have been purchased are being cancelled.
