The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Reference is made to the Company Announcements issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') on 6 June 2023 and 25 October 2023 respectively (Ref. LOM 285 and Ref. LOM 294) regarding the appointment of directors by the National Development & Social Fund (the 'NDSF') on the Board of Directors of the Bank.

In this regard, the NDSF has notified the Bank that the Board of Governors of the NDSF has been informed that Mr Paul Abela is unable to take up his position as director on the Board of Directors of the Bank.
