The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Reference is made to the Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') on 30 October 2023 (Ref. LOM. 295) in relation to the Rights Issue and Excess Shares Offer in terms of the prospectus issued by the Bank dated 20 September 2023 (the 'Prospectus'). Unless otherwise defined in this Company Announcement, capitalized terms shall have the definition set out in the Prospectus.

The Bank announces that the Excess Shares Offer has been over-subscribed and that accordingly, it shall be exercising its right to close the Excess Shares Offer Period earlier than 27 November 2023 at 10:00 hours as set out in the Prospectus.

The Excess Shares Offer Period shall therefore be closed today, 3 November 2023 at 15:30 hours. The remaining events in the timetable within the Prospectus will be brought forward accordingly, though shall be kept in the same chronological order.

A Company Announcement with details of the Allocation Policy will follow in due course.
