The following is a Company Announcement issued by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority:

Reference is made to Company Announcement No.464 wherein the market was informed that the Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. had declared the payment of an interim cash dividend of €0.0462 gross per share (€0.03 net of tax), subject to Regulatory approval.

In this regard, the Market is informed that Regulatory approval has been obtained.

The dividend will be paid on Wednesday 6 December 2023 to those Members appearing on the Bank's Register of Members, as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange, as at the close of business of Tuesday 21 November 2023.
