The following is a Company Announcement issued by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority:

Reference is made to Company Announcement No.463 wherein the market was informed that the Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. was scheduled to meet on Thursday 26 October 2023 to consider and if thought fit, declare an interim cash dividend, subject to Regulatory approval.

In this regard, the Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c has duly met as scheduled, and declared the payment of an interim cash dividend of €0.0462 gross per share (€0.03 net of tax), subject to Regulatory approval.

The dividend will be paid on Wednesday 6 December 2023 to those Members appearing on the Bank's Register of Members, as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange, as at the close of business of Tuesday 21 November 2023.
