With great sadness, the Board of Directors of the Company announce the passing away of Mr. George Muscat on the 22 September 2023.
Mr. Muscat directly owned one (1) Ordinary 'B' Share in the Company and also held the position of Chairman and Non Executive Director of the Company since the 14 March 2023.
